“The Silence of Others” premiered in May 2019 at New York’s Film Forum and went on to screen theatrically in more than 30 cities before its broadcast on public television’s PBS’ POV series in September 2019.

The US Educational DVD and Educational Streaming for use by universities, colleges, schools, libraries and other institutions is available from the film’s social-issue educational distributor, Good Docs. (The DVD is NTSC/All regions with optional English subtitles and optional English SDH subtitles/closed captions.)
SPAIN
“El Silencio de Otros” was released in Spanish theaters in November 2018, reaching 25000 people during a four-month release. In april 2019 it was broadcast in Spanish public television (RTVE), reaching 1 million people.
After three years on Netflix, The Silence of Others is now available on Filmin and other platforms in Spain (Amazon, Apple/iTunes, Google Play y Microsoft).
Also available in DVD in online stores in Spain (PAL Region 2, Original Spanish dialog, no subtitles).
FRANCE
“Le Silence Des Autres” was released in theaters in February 2019 by Sophie Dulac Distribution, for an 18-week run reaching 100,000 people in theaters.
Currently available in UniversCINÉ and on Canal + VOD.
Also available on DVD in France Stores (PAL Region 2 with French subtitles).
UK
“The Silence of Others” was released in selected theaters and was broadcast on BBC’s Storyville in December 2019. It streamed on BBC iPlayer until December 2020.

PORTUGAL
“O Silêncio Dos Outros” was released in cinemas in Portugal in May 2019.
Available in DVD in Portugal stores (PAL Region 2 with Portuguese subtitles).
LATIN AMERICA
The Silence of Others was released in theaters in Mexico, Argentina (as “El Silencio de Otros”) and Brazil (as “O Silêncio Dos Outros”).
